Job summary
We are looking for an ingenious and action-oriented Human Resources Officer. You will be the first point of contact for Wave Bouaké's Employees' human resources requests.Draft employment contracts, amendments, and any administrative documents related to human resources management.
- Process update archive personnel files contracts promotions transfers absences departures etc.
- Manage disciplinary cases drafting requests explanations conducting hearings etc.
